Hourly

Any home will require electrical maintenance at some point. From garbage disposals that have failed to lighting issues we have a fix for you! Work like this that will require troubleshooting and a solution that will be determined after diagnosis is done on an hourly basis to keep your costs down.

Installations

Hourly or Bid

New EV chargers, hot tubs, additions, out buildings, additional outlets or lighting. If it is a new installation you have an option for a hard number bid as there are less variables in new work.

Selling a Home

Hourly or Bid

New panels with fresh breakers, changing old lighting to efficient LEDs, replacing old devices and trim plates will all add value to your home if you wish to sell it.

Buying a Home

Hourly Rate with a Not to Exceed Hard Number

Email us your inspection report and we will send you a Not to Exceed price you can use in your negotiations! We then do the work at an hourly rate that will cap at the Not to Exceed price so that you are guaranteed finished work at an equal or lesser price than what you used in negotiations.
